All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes are included in the listed prices for Canadian residents based on the country and province entered in the billing address at checkout.

Payments & Payment Processing

Payments on this website are processed securely through third-party payment processors, including Stripe, via WP Amelia (appointments and events) WooCommerce and CartFlows.

• I do not store or have access to your full credit card information
• Any saved payment details are handled directly by the payment processor
• I am not responsible for payment processor data breaches

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

There are no refunds for digital products, services, appointments, or programs unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of a specific offer.

Please review all product or service details carefully before completing your purchase.

In the case of an appointment cancellation, you are encouraged to reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule up to 3 months from the initial booking date.

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.

• Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are only eligible for rescheduling at the discretion of Allison Kessler
• No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds

Rescheduled appointments must be used within three (3) months of the original booking date.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment using the link provided in your booking confirmation email or by accessing your customer account.

In the case of an emergency, you are encouraged to reach out as soon as possible.

All digital products, programs, downloads, and services are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.

Access details and instructions are provided after purchase.

When you make a purchase, register for an event, or opt in to a free or paid offering on this website, a user account may be automatically created for you.

Your account may include:

• Address country and state/province
• Username

This account allows you to access purchased content, manage bookings, and view account details.
